Lead-acid batteries lose range as they age, need regular watering and weigh a lot. A lithium pack fixes all three.

Will lithium fit my cart?
Most 48-volt carts take our popular 105Ah pack. We convert Club Car, Dach, E-Z-GO, Evolution, Icon, MadJax, TEKO and Yamaha carts. Older 36-volt carts and some models need a different setup.
Send us the make, model and year and we’ll quote the right pack for your cart.
What the conversion includes
We size the pack for your cart, pull the old batteries and install the lithium pack in our shop. We check your charger too. If it won’t work with lithium, the quote includes one that will.
Can’t bring the cart in? We pick up and deliver within about 30 minutes of Aledo.

How much does a lithium conversion cost?
It depends on your cart and the pack it needs. Send us your make, model and year and we’ll send a quote.
Do I need a new charger for lithium?
Often, yes. Most lead-acid chargers aren’t made for lithium. We check yours and include a charger in the quote if you need one.
Can you convert a cart you didn’t sell?
Yes. We convert Club Car, Dach, E-Z-GO, Evolution, Icon, MadJax, TEKO and Yamaha carts, wherever you bought yours.
Is lithium worth it on an older cart?
If the cart is otherwise in good shape and you plan to keep it a few more years, usually yes. Lithium also adds trade-in value when you sell the cart.
